We're on the hunt for a superstar Floating Maintenance Technician like you to join our tight-knit team! As a Floating Maintenance Technician, you'll be the maintenance maestro, ensuring our three Miami residential properties shine. If you live and breathe maintenance, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are passionate about providing top-notch service, we need to talk!
Your Day, Your Way
• Zoom between properties (all within a 2-7 minute drive), conducting inspections and tackling repairs with your signature efficiency.
• Be the resident expert, handling everything from routine tune-ups to emergency fixes across all three properties.
• Delight our residents with your prompt responses, meticulous record-keeping, and dedication to making their lives easier.
• Work your magic on apartment turnovers, ensuring every space is move-in ready.
• Keep our properties in prime condition, from the grounds to the common areas.
• Collaborate with contractors, drive preventative maintenance, and be the safety champion for our communities.
• Stay organized, keep your maintenance areas stocked, and adapt to the unique needs of each property.
• Be on-call for after-hours emergencies, providing peace of mind for our residents.
You're a Rockstar If:
• You have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and a Basic Universal License (or can obtain one within your first year).
• You bring 3+ years of building maintenance experience, preferably in residential settings.
• You have certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems (we love a triple threat!).
• You're a master problem-solver with a deep understanding of building systems.
• You're a whiz with time management, organization, and communication.
• You can lift heavy equipment, work in any weather, and are always up for a challenge.
• You're self-motivated, ethical, and have excellent English skills.
• You have a heart for our elderly and handicapped residents.
• You thrive in changing priorities and fast-paced environments.

Pay: From $20.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
