About GlowNow
GlowNow is a premium apartment cleaning service serving student and young professional residents across Waterloo. We operate in some of the city's most well-known residential buildings including ICON, Society, Rez One, King Street Towers, UW Residences, and more. Our clients book online and expect a professional, reliable, and thorough clean every time. We are growing and looking for experienced cleaners to join our team.
What You Will Be Doing
Performing residential apartment cleans including standard, deep, move-in, move-out, and post-event cleans
Working independently in client units during scheduled time slots
Communicating professionally with the GlowNow team before and after each job
Maintaining a consistent and high standard of cleanliness on every visit
Arriving on time and prepared for every booking
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience is required — this is non-negotiable
You must supply and bring your own cleaning equipment and products to every job. This includes mop, cleaning cloths, and all cleaning solutions
Reliable transportation to get to client buildings across Waterloo
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently within a scheduled time window
Professional conduct and respectful communication with clients and the GlowNow team
