Job Title: (Accounts Payable) AP Specialist
AP Specialist Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented AP Specialist to join our client's dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative culture with great benefits. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume, full-cycle AP processing, including a 3-way match, account and credit card reconciliations, and expense report processing.
Key AP Specialist Responsibilities
• Perform high-volume, full-cycle AP processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct 3-way match (purchase order, receiving report, and vendor invoice) to verify transactions.
• Handle account and credit card reconciliations.
• Process employee expense reports in a timely manner.
• Assist with check-runs in collaboration with the AP Lead as needed.
• Participate in adhoc projects as assigned, contributing to the continuous improvement of the AP function.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with team members and other departments.
AP Specialist Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle AP processing, preferably in a larger ERP environment.
• Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
