Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Animator role based in Chennai. The Animator will create engaging 2D and 3D animations and motion graphics for digital campaigns, websites, and multimedia content. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing storyboards, designing visual concepts, refining character movements, and integrating motion capture data where applicable. The role also involves collaborating with designers, marketers, and developers to align animations with brand guidelines and campaign objectives, as well as iterating on feedback to deliver high-quality, on-time work.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Animation and Motion Graphics skills for creating compelling visual content.
Candidates should possess Storyboarding skills to translate concepts and scripts into clear visual narratives.
Candidates should possess Motion Capture skills to work with performance data and refine character movement.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present creative ideas.
Proficiency in industry-standard animation and design tools (e.g., After Effects, Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Suite) is beneficial.
Relevant education in Animation, Design, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are valuable.
