Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Animation Specialist role based in Navi Mumbai. The Animation Specialist will create high-quality 2D animations and motion graphics for immersive experiences, exhibitions, and media content, aligned with creative briefs and project objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing storyboards, designing graphic elements, animating sequences, and collaborating closely with directors, creative leads, and technical teams to ensure visual consistency and storytelling impact. The role involves preparing assets for production, optimizing animations for various platforms, and participating in reviews to refine work based on feedback. The Animation Specialist will also support the integration of animations into interactive and experiential environments, maintaining project timelines and production standards.

Qualifications
• Strong 2D Animation and Animation skills for character, environment, and effects work.
• Graphics and Motion Graphics skills for designing visually engaging assets and animated sequences.
• Storyboarding skills to translate concepts and scripts into clear visual narratives.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Toon Boom, or similar).
• Understanding of composition, color theory, timing, and visual storytelling principles.
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly with creative and technical stakeholders.
• Relevant education in Animation, Design, Fine Arts, Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in entertainment, media, or experiential design projects is an advantage.
