Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
• Design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications using Angular framework.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Debugging and fixing issues in the existing applications.
• Integration of front-end applications with back-end services.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues related to web applications, Mobile apps and Backend Services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance and stability of the applications.
• Maintain documentation and technical specifications for the applications.
• Respond to customer inquiries via ServiceNow, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Escalate critical issues to the appropriate team and follow up on resolution.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional support services

• Strong knowledge of Angular framework and front-end development.
