About the Role
Ananda Services is seeking a highly skilled
Web Developer
to join our technical team. This role requires expertise in full-stack development with a backend focus and a solid understanding of frontend design principles. You will be instrumental in developing high-quality websites, apps, and web applications for our brands by leveraging AI tools like Cursor and ChatGPT to streamline development workflows.
Key Responsibilities
1.Website and App Development :Design, develop, and optimize responsive websites, landing pages, and applications using React.js and the MERN stack.Build mobile-friendly designs and ensure technical excellence across all platforms.
2.Code Quality and Maintenance :Write clean, maintainable code and ensure thorough QA for all backend technical work.Ensure scalability and efficiency of web applications and SaaS products.
3.Collaboration :Work closely with UX designers and the marketing team to bring innovative designs and ideas to life.Incorporate feedback to improve and refine deliverables.
4.AI-Driven Development :Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Cursor, and V0 to accelerate development and enhance output quality.Learn and adapt to new AI-powered tools as necessary.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Software/Computer Engineering or related certification in web development.
Experience :2–3 years of experience in website and app development as a backend-focused full-stack developer.Proficient in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).Experienced in creating UX/UI friendly designs for websites and apps.
Technical Skills :Expertise in AI tools like ChatGPT, Cursor, and V0 for faster, higher-quality coding. (This is CRUCIAL, if you arent familiar, you will have to learn to use these on the job if selected).Familiarity with FRAMER for website design (a bonus).Ability to build scalable and mobile-responsive designs.Basic knowledge of DBMS with SQL (a bonus).
Soft Skills :Critical thinking and problem-solving.Ability to navigate and resolve abstract technical challenges.Clear communication and receptiveness to constructive feedback.Consistent delivery of high-quality output under tight deadlines.Ability to learn new AI tools and make development time faster.
Performance Expectations
Deliver end-to-end websites or landing pages within 3-5 days (benchmark met by current team members).Build scalable and complex applications for various business needs at a fast pace using AI.tools.Maintain the highest standards of technical and design quality.
