We are seeking a motivated and organized Human Resources professional to support various HR functions in the generalist role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Onboarding Orientation:
• Facilitate smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documents are completed and submitted.
• Conduct Induction sessions, facilitate orientation sessions, and ensure new employees have a positive experience and smooth transition into the Firm.
• Talent Acquisition:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels (entry, mid, and senior roles).
• Collaborate with Hiring managers to define job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
• Post job openings on appropriate platforms, source, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
• Salary negotiations, Documents verification and making job offers.
• Draft, prepare, and issue formal letters to selected candidates.
• Data Management and Reporting:
• Compliance reports.
• Data Management and analysis of HR data to provide insights on key HR metrics.
• Attendance and Leave Management.
• HR Operations:
• Organize and/or coordinate for various employee engagement activities along with the team.
• Lead or participate in HR-related projects.
• Assist employees in resolving enquiries, concerns, and grievances.
• Vendor Management and coordination.
Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in human resources/business administration, or related field.
Proven experience (4-6 years) in HR generalist role; experience in Legal or service industry would be preferable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
