Job Description :
Production Support Management 1. Candidate should have technical knowledge and working experience on MSSQL 2K16, Oracle, Linux, Unix Shell scripting Windows, DOS Command, J scripts, Webservice and SQL Reporting service.2. Candidate should ready to write T-SQL queries like procedures, Triggers, functions etc. 3. Candidate should have adequate SQL DBA skills.4. Candidate should know query fine tuning, query plan reading, SQL profiler. SQL job scheduler, Windows job scheduler, IIS web site creation, App pool creation.5. Candidate ready to work in shift & work on CA ticketing tool. 6. Candidate should have work experience of Autosys schedule tool.7. Candidate should ensure that an issues / service request are closed within the TAT, create and update Run book document for supported applicationsDisaster Recovery & Patching Plan and execute DR drills for business applications. Candidate should be from production support background and should have detail knowledge of incident management cycle. Candidate with ITIL certified would be preferred. Candidate should have experience in SIT / UAT testing and production movement. Candidate need to coordinate with multiple parties like DBA, Server team, Security team, network team, AV team, Application development team etc. Candidate should be able to monitor vendor performance. Review of POA incase of critical projects etc Define SCP & BCP needs / solutions as per business needsMonitoring and running of planned Batch processes and UAT Testing Candidate will be responsible for batch monitoring and job failures. Candidate will perform patches/releases UAT/SIT testing Candidate will deploy patches/releases in production.Change & Release Management Candidate will follow change/release process. Candidate will be responsible to incident ticket logging, update status to all stakeholders. Candidate will be responsible to close all audit observation Candidate should follow ITIL process.
