Analyst - Wealth Onboarding Consultant
The Wealth Onboarding Consultant supports the onboarding and development programs for Wealth associates. As a recognized subject matter expert, this job reviews staff training and development needs and monitors the development of training programs to improve individual and organizational performance
Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Administers programs to enhance the skills of the organization's employees.
• Maintain database of newly hired Wealth associates to track and update criteria required for production
• Manages required entitlements including those requiring unique specifications based on role type
• Submits and confirms requests for access to internal systems and hardware
• Identifies and implements process enhancement opportunities including automation
• Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with other employees.

Function Overview: TIAA India Supervision & Wealth Business Enablement Team in India
The TIAA Wealth business is undergoing large transformation through its multi-year growth strategy that centers around growing our advisory segment, improving the team's productivity, containing expenses and incorporating known business changes, such as platform transformation.
To support this growth across the size and scale of the business, the Business Enablement team is being stood up and expanding globally to focus efforts on reporting and analytics, process transformation, change management, and associate onboarding and assignment of clients to advisors.
Through our partnership with TIAA India, we are ensuring our growth is across both of our key TIAA locations, the US and India, to leverage talent and drive efficiencies through a follow the sun operating platform.
Position Summary and Impact:

The Wealth Onboarding Consultant supports the onboarding and development programs for Wealth associates. • Administers programs to enhance the skills of the organization's employees.

• Basic knowledge of database management systems
• Communication skills (for clarifying data decencies and quality assurance)
• Ability to performs regular quality checks and demonstrates a keen attention to detail.
• Collects and analyzes data and has excellent organization, reporting, and project management skills.
