Analyst Reconciliation

Reconciliation - IC1Responsible for assisting in the data analysis of reconciliations. Participates in identifying trends, providing root cause analysis and execution on recommendations. Shadows more senior staff in conducting technical testing and the implementation of reconciliation software. Receives guidance from more experienced staff. Participates and shadows senior level staff in the data analysis of Reconciliations for new trends and opportunities for automation. Focus is on learning the reconciliation process.With guidance from senior staff, responsible for the root cause analysis of reconciliation breaks. Assists in the creation of new technology communication, documentation and business case creation. Assists in the reconciliation software testing and implementation validation of code. Assists in the creation of the data analysis conclusions, recommendations and updates to initiatives to senior staff.No direct reports. Contributes to the achievement of team goals and objectives.Bachelors degree in a related discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.0-3 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in financial services preferred. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business..
