Senior Data Operations Analyst
Development and support of risk data warehouse and daily batch support both locally as well as in support of the global Risk Management operating model.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Developing metrics to qualify and quantify criteria for success for new technologies within the business.
• Support to global enterprise risk systems development and support.
• Work collaboratively with cross functional groups and support senior management.

Under direct supervision, this job assists with implementing and embedding the operational risk framework and processes for defining, assessing, measuring, monitoring and reporting operational risks for the organization.

The Operational Risk Analyst supports in providing awareness for the organization's enterprise risk management program framework and associated program policies. Under direct supervision, this job assists with implementing and embedding the operational risk framework and processes for defining, assessing, measuring, monitoring and reporting operational risks for the organization.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Assists with risk identification and analysis, in creating risk metrics and in designing mitigation solutions.
• Works with business areas to perform “deep dive” reviews as required assessing operational risks in a particular area and being capable of presenting back on risks and proposed mitigation actions.
• Assists in providing an independent view of the level and instances of operational risks in business and support areas that are in focus.
• Supports overseeing mitigation programs and projects to ensure they are being implemented effectively.
• Drafts written and metric based reports and dashboards to highlight key operational risk issues, trends and potential impacts.
• Builds relationships with the key stakeholders in business and support areas to actively promote a culture that is sensitive to identifying, measuring, mitigating and monitoring operational risks.
• Supports educating business leaders on understanding the company’s risk management practices and methodologies.
• Seeks guidance from senior operational risk management team members regarding challenges that require more advanced knowledge and experience.
