Job Description
Employer - Leading NBFC ( 6000+ employees, 400+ branches)
Role. - AM / Manager / Sr Manager
Job Location - Jaipur - work from office
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Preparation and Review of Financial Statement.
- Knowledge of Ind-AS
- Regulatory Filings of Returns incl RBI Returns and etc.
- Liaising with Statutory and Internal Auditors.
- Liaising and submission of information to RBI for specfic matters.
- Liaising and submission of information with Income Tax consultant.
- Preparing Reviewing MIS's for Collections, Branch Wise Profitability, Budgets and its comparison with Actual performance, Monthly Closure MISs etc.
- Compliances of Income tax Laws.
- Taking care and support to senior management for non-recurring events such as GST Audits, Income tax Notices, RBI Inspections, Ex-gratia etc.
- Support the senior managemnet for setting up policies, procedures and review mechanism.
- Preparing / Reviewing data submission with other departments
- Various kind of data's for analysis of Financial Statements
- Helping hands for the specific tasks carried by the team
- Reconciliation of books and accounts for the specific transactions like securitization and its buy back, Accounts for Write off etc.
