Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
As an AM/DM Transmission Process Engineering at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd within the Manufacturing (Mfg) division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of the transmission department. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Leading process improvement initiatives to enhance assembly and testing procedures
Driving customer delight by ensuring the highest quality standards in transmission processes
Managing stakeholders effectively to align transmission processes with overall business objectives
Overseeing employee management and skill development in the transmission department
Promoting innovation and shop floor management best practices

Education Qualification
To excel in this role, you would ideally have a Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering, or a Bachelor's degree in Technology with a focus on Mechanical or Automobile engineering. In addition to your formal education, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
Proven experience in transmission process engineering for 3-10 years, depending on your educational background
Familiarity with quality management systems such as TS 16+4+ and ISO 14001
Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSAS) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
General Experience
The ideal candidate for this position would demonstrate a strong blend of technical expertise and leadership skills. Key experiences that would benefit you in this role include:
Hands-on experience in assembly and testing processes within the manufacturing industry
Proven track record of driving production efficiency and process development
