About the Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated and analytical Amazon Performance Marketing / PPC Associate to join our team. If you’re someone who has hands-on experience managing Amazon ad campaigns and is excited to optimize performance at scale, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Assist in managing and optimizing Amazon Sponsored Products , Sponsored Brands , and Sponsored Display campaigns
Monitor and analyse ad performance metrics such as ACOS, CTR, CPC, and ROAS
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance
Regularly prepare performance reports and suggest actionable insights
Help with A/B testing of ad creatives, headlines, and targeting strategies
Stay updated with Amazon advertising best practices and platform updates

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience with Amazon PPC or performance marketing
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Amazon Ads Console , Helium 10 , Jungle Scout , or similar
Basic understanding of eCommerce KPIs and marketing funnels
Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
