AMAZE Marketing Agency

Job Description

Full job description
At AMZing Marketing Agency, we believe a product listing is only as good as its ability to persuade. We aren't looking for someone to manage ad spend—we are looking for a Conversion Specialist who understands that every pixel on an Amazon page, from the hero image to the final bullet point, must be engineered to convert.

If you are obsessed with the psychology of a shopper, can write sales copy that makes a buyer stop scrolling, and have an eye for infographics that clarify complex product benefits, you are exactly who we are looking for. This is a junior position with lots of room to grow, for Canadian citizens and permanent residents only.

The Mission: Master the "Conversion Product page"

Your job is to optimize the customer journey from the moment they land on an Amazon Product page until they hit "Buy Now." You’ll combine sharp data analysis with high-impact creative writing and infographics to transform average listings into Amazon leaders.

What You Will Own

The "Conversion" Audit: You’ll live in our conversion data. You will analyze performance metrics to identify exactly why a customer isn’t buying, then fix it through better sales copy writing or sharper visuals.

Compelling Sales Copy: You won’t just write "product descriptions." You will write persuasive, SEO-optimized narratives that highlight benefits, solve pain points, and mirror the voice of our target customers.

Infographic Storytelling: You’ll design or direct the creation of eye-catching, information-dense graphics that communicate product value in seconds

A/B Testing Mindset: You are constantly iterating. You’ll use data to test different product titles, bullet points writing, and image sequences to find the "Winning Formula" for every product.

The "Must-Haves" to Succeed Here

The Writer’s Edge: You have an impeccable command of English. You write to move people to action, not to fill space. You understand the difference between a "feature" (it’s blue) and a "benefit" (it looks great and saves you time).

Visual Logic: You have a keen eye for graphic layout. You don’t need to be an illustrator, but you need to know how to structure an image so it tells a story that increases clicks and sales.

Data-Driven Creative: You treat conversion rates like your personal scorecard. You know that if the data dips, the creative needs to change—and you know exactly how to pivot.
