Amazon is hiring for Customer Service Representatives to join its online chat support team. As a Customer Service Representative you will be supporting customers via live chat by answering questions, explaining company policies, assisting with order issues, updating customer records, and escalating more complex issues to the appropriate support teams as necessary.
Most of the conversations are related to orders, shipping, returns, refunds, account settings, and general product information. All customer contacts must be correctly logged in the company system before the conversation is ended.
Applicants must be comfortable with typing for long periods of time, using multiple computer applications at the same time, and working to the company’s response standards.

Main Responsibilities
Work duties during a shift can include:

• Assist customers with order status and delivery inquiries.
• Detailed return, refund, exchange, and shipping policies.

• Log customer conversations in support system.

• Reply to customers in accordance with approved communication guidelines.

Eligibility
Applicants must have:
• 12th pass or any graduate degree
• Good written English with correct grammar and spelling.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to do multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of chat rooms on the internet.
• Good keyboarding skills with accurate typing.
• A reliable Internet connection.
• Personal computer or laptop for telework.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Experience in online chat support is an advantage, but training will be provided to eligible applicants before regular work begins.
