Job Title: Catalog Manager / Amazon Account Manager – Listing Services

High Minds Media is a dynamic digital-first company based in Pune, focused on content creation, e-commerce solutions, and brand strategy. We’re rapidly growing and looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Catalog Manager / Amazon Account Manager to join our in-office team.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven professional with hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central and product catalog management. The role involves end-to-end ownership of Amazon listings, from creation and optimization to troubleshooting and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage product listings on Amazon, ensuring accurate and SEO-friendly content (titles, descriptions, bullet points, backend keywords, etc.)
• Maintain catalog accuracy, resolve listing errors, and handle issues such as suppressed or stranded listings
• Collaborate with design and content teams for high-quality product images and A+ content
• Conduct regular audits of listings and implement improvements based on performance metrics
• Liaise with Amazon Seller Support to resolve listing or compliance issues
• Stay updated with Amazon’s latest policies, tools, and listing best practices
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central and product catalog management
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for bulk uploads and flat files
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bonus Points:
• Experience with other e-commerce platforms like Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
• Familiarity with Amazon advertising and brand analytics
• Knowledge of flat file uploads and inventory management tools
