This role involves ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and scientific rigor of medical content, with a primary focus on diagnostics and secondary support for pharmaceutical communications. The ideal candidate should have strong editorial skills, deep medical knowledge (preferably in lab medicine), and team management capabilities. You will ensure high-quality, optimized content for users and healthcare professionals, while maintaining consistent medical messaging.Key ResponsibilitiesWrite, review, and proofread diagnostic content and medical articles for accuracy and clarity.Ensure all content aligns with medical guidelines, brand voice, and regulatory standards.Fact-check lab test details, scientific terminology, and clinical references.Collaborate with lab experts to validate medical information.Work with stakeholders (marketing, category, etc.) to develop accessible lab-focused content.Develop and maintain content templates, style guides, and SOPs for consistency.Mentor and guide medical writers to improve content precision and quality.Manage project timelines and prioritize content initiatives.Stay updated on lab technologies, diagnostic trends, and industry practices.Optimize content for readability and SEO performance.Skills & QualificationsEducation :MDS in Oral PathologyPhD in Lab Sciences (Pathology/Microbiology/Biochemistry/Molecular Biology)BDS with lab diagnostics experienceMSc in Medical Lab Technology Experience :2-3 years in diagnostics/lab medicine or medical writingDeep understanding of laboratory workflows and diagnostic ecosystemsStrong grasp of medical terminologyExperience in team mentoring Technical Skills :Familiarity with CMS toolsBasic SEO knowledge for healthcare contentExposure to AI/digital content creation (preferred) Soft Skills :Exceptional attention to detailStrong project management and deadline orientationAbility to collaborate cross-functionallyExcellent communication skillsWhy Join Us?Be part of our mission to make healthcare more understandable, accessible, and affordable.
