Through innovative technologies, it delivers industry-relevant diploma and certificate programs across urban, peri-urban, and remote rural training centers. Operating in 20 major states with 92+ centers, Anudip has trained over 100,000 students, equipping them with skills tailored to employer demands in sectors like IT, retail, digital services, and micro-finance.
Role Description
This full-time, on-site role as an AI Trainer will be based in Gorakhpur. The AI Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering curriculum focusing on artificial intelligence and related fields. Key responsibilities include conducting training sessions, developing curriculum content, providing mentorship to students, encouraging innovative problem-solving, and ensuring students achieve technical proficiency. The role also involves evaluating performance metrics and offering guidance for improvement.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts, tools, and techniques, such as Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing.
• Experience in programming languages and frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, and other AI-related technologies.
• Proficiency in creating curriculum and delivering training modules, along with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to mentor and inspire students toward achieving their learning goals.
• Previous experience in training, teaching, or educational roles is preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field is required.
• Additional certifications in AI or Machine Learning will be an advantage.
