Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing & Content Specialist – GenAI who can translate complex AI concepts into compelling, high-impact content. This role sits at the intersection of technology, marketing, and storytelling, and will play a key role in shaping how Grey Chain is perceived in the AI ecosystem.
You will be responsible for creating thought leadership content, technical articles, marketing assets, and AI-driven narratives that establish Grey Chain as a trusted voice in Generative AI and Agentic AI.
Key Responsibilities
• Research and track the latest developments in Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Create high-quality content including:
• Thought leadership articles
• Blogs and technical explainers
• Newsletters
• Website copy
• Video scripts and social media content
• Convert complex AI topics into clear, engaging, and credible narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Use AI tools (LLMs, content copilots, research tools) to accelerate content creation, validation, and optimization.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure technical accuracy and strategic alignment.
• Maintain a consistent tone of voice that reflects Grey Chain’s positioning as a serious, cutting-edge AI company.
• Continuously optimize content based on performance, audience feedback, and market trends.
Required Skills & Experience
• 4–5 years of experience in content marketing, technical writing, or B2B technology content.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience writing technical content on AI, ML, or Generative AI.
• Strong understanding of:
• LLMs (Large Language Models)
• Generative AI
• AI Agents & Agentic workflows
• Proven ability to research, understand, and explain complex technical topics.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools for content creation and validation.
• Strong written communication and storytelling skills.
• Based out of Delhi NCR.
Good to Have
• Working knowledge of SEO, content performance tracking, and digital publishing.
• Experience writing for B2B, SaaS, or enterprise technology companies.
• Exposure to AI products, platforms, or developer ecosystems.
