Job Description
We’re Hiring: AI-Native Finance & Accounts Associate
We are looking for someone to independently manage accounting and finance operations for select startup clients of our firm.
This is not a traditional accountant role.
We want someone who is:
• Strong with accounting fundamentals and financial statements
• Comfortable independently handling day-to-day accounting, reconciliations and month-end closures
• Well-versed with TDS, GST and other routine finance compliances
• Able to review ledgers, identify gaps and ensure books are accurate and audit-ready
• Extremely comfortable with AI tools and technology
• Curious about automation, data and modern finance systems
• Willing to take complete ownership and independently solve problems rather than wait for instructions
The role will involve accounting, TDS/GST workings, reconciliations, MIS, financial data management, monthly closures, financial statement support and coordination for statutory compliances, while using AI and automation tools to make finance operations faster and smarter.
You could be a B.Com/BBA graduate, semi-qualified CA or finance professional with the right aptitude and strong accounting knowledge.
Experience with Tally, Excel, ChatGPT/Claude and AI-based finance tools is a must— but ownership, reliability and the ability to learn fast matter more.
Role: Full-time, in-office
Location: Sector 48, Gurugram
