Job Description
Our company is looking for an experienced software engineer to fill the role of Lead Software Engineer. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering mission-critical services in our AI governance platform.
Main Tasks:
• Building and maintaining core distributed systems on the cloud using Java/Spring Boot/Rust/Python.
• Developing and maintaining APIs, data pipelines, and real-time processing engines.
• Leading technical teams and influencing technical roadmap.
• Mentoring and growing a high-performing engineering team.
Skills and Qualifications:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in architecting and developing distributed cloud systems.
• Expertise in Java or Rust and related frameworks.
• Strong computer science fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, system design, and information retrieval.
• Proven track record of technical leadership and mentoring engineers.
