NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED. BUT BE COACHABLE AND A FAST LEARNER
We are hiring a HUNTER. Not a closer. A hunter.
Our Sales Manager closes the deals. Your job is to fill their calendar so full they cannot breathe.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Walk around the St Leonards area and get peoples'names and numbers.
Walk into local businesses and start conversations.
Pitch corporate wellness days to companies near St Leonards.
Build outreach lists and run B2B campaigns, learn to work with AI.
Book meetings and hand qualified leads to the Sales Manager.
Track every touch. What gets measured gets paid.
WHAT YOU MUST BRING:
Sales aptitude. Retail, hospitality, phones, door to door. If you have sold ANYTHING, we want to hear about it.
No fitness certificate needed. We test attitude, not paper.
Zero fear of cold calls or cold walk-ins.
Organised. You write things down and follow up on time.
Hunger. This role is a first rung, not a final stop.
You will be trained from the ground up.
WHAT YOU GET:
Casual from $33 per hour plus super. Higher with experience.
Commission on every deal that closes from your leads.
A REAL career path. Perform, and casual becomes part time or full time. Keep performing, and you train under the Sales Manager to become a SALES CONSULTANT who closes deals. Eventually, you will be trained as a SALES MANAGER yourself.
The skill to build your own AI tools to hit lists faster than any rep you have met.
THE PROCESS:
Three stages:
1. Fitness test and career path presentation.
2. A test project. You build a real outreach plan, then survive a live call role-play.
3. Formal one on one interview.
If a fitness test scares you, wait until you meet a gatekeeper.
