Role Overview
We’re hiring an AI Creative Producer to create high-performing short-form video ads and static creatives using generative AI. This role blends creative storytelling, AI tools, and performance marketing to drive measurable results.
ResponsibilitiesConceptualize, script, and produce short-form video ads and static creatives.
Use AI tools like Veo 2, Runway Gen-3, Pika Labs, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Descript, ChatGPT, and more to create scalable assets.
Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to align creatives with campaign goals.
Edit, grade, and finalize ads for Meta, YouTube, and performance channels.
Test new hooks, formats, and creative frameworks to improve CTR and conversions.
Document learnings and best practices for repeatable success.
