AI Content & Brand Growth Specialist

What You'll Do

Content Creation & AI-Powered Media Production

Create photo, video, written, and digital content that showcases SunCo's people, projects, technology, innovation, and culture
Utilize Claude and Claude Design daily to assist with content creation, planning, organization, ideation, editing, and workflow management
Transform raw photos, videos, project updates, and field activities into engaging content across multiple platforms
Develop AI-assisted workflows that increase content output, quality, and consistency
Create short-form videos, reels, project spotlights, behind-the-scenes content, employee stories, and technology showcases
Continuously explore new ways to leverage AI to improve content production and audience engagement
Work directly with leadership to help communicate SunCo's vision and commitment to innovation
Social Media & Audience Growth

Manage and grow SunCo's presence across social media platforms
Develop strategies to increase audience engagement, followers, and brand visibility
Understand how to maximize reach through tagging, linking, collaborations, partnerships, and platform best practices
Monitor trends and identify opportunities to expand brand awareness
Build meaningful engagement with customers, employees, partners, and the community
Create content that strengthens SunCo's reputation as a leader in innovation and technology
Content Organization & Digital Asset Management

Create and maintain a structured library of photos, videos, graphics, and digital assets
Develop systems that make content easy to locate, repurpose, and deploy
Build and maintain content calendars and publishing schedules
Ensure consistency across all social media and marketing channels
Establish scalable processes that improve efficiency and organization
Brand Development & Storytelling

Help shape and strengthen the SunCo brand across all digital channels
Showcase the company's investment in robotics, AI, automation, and industry innovation

Help position SunCo as one of the most forward-thinking companies in the green industry
What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

Strong content creation experience, including video, photo, and written content
Proficiency with video editing tools and content production workflows
Experience using Claude and/or Claude Design as part of a professional content creation workflow
Strong understanding of AI-assisted content generation, organization, and media management
Experience managing business social media accounts and growing audience engagement
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience growth strategies, tagging, and engagement tactics
Experience organizing and managing large content libraries including photos and videos
Strong written and visual communication skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable learning and adapting to emerging technology
Preferred Experience

Advanced experience with Claude workflows and AI-powered content systems
Photography and videography experience
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar creative tools
Experience creating reels, short-form video content, and social media campaigns
Experience building or managing brand identity and messaging
Experience in service-based businesses, landscaping, construction, trades, or home services
