The AI Application Developer designs, builds, and integrates AI‑driven business applications and automation workflows across ARCO’s enterprise systems, requiring strong software engineering skills, API development expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into secure, scalable technical solutions.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications, AI agents, and automation workflows that integrate with ARCO's enterprise platforms (Procore, Microsoft Dynamics, Viewpoint, Egnyte, etc.)
Build and maintain custom APIs that enable seamless integration between enterprise systems
Develop automated workflows using Power Platform where appropriate
Prioritize development efforts based on business impact and work with Innovation Manager to define project roadmap
Collaborate with Central Security team to ensure enterprise standards and security protocols are upheld
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field
2-4 years of C#/.NET application development experience
Demonstrated experience building custom business applications from requirements through deployment
Experience developing AI agents and automation workflows with integration into enterprise systems via APIs
Strong SQL and database design skills
RESTful API development and integration experience
Understanding software development lifecycle and version control
Ability to partner with business stakeholders to understand pain points and translate requirements into technical solutions
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
Experience with Azure cloud services
Construction industry knowledge and understanding of construction workflows
Python or PowerShell scripting experience
Microsoft certifications in relevant technologies
