What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Agro Manager, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Kindersley & District Co-operatives ’s vision, mission, and values, with a strong customer focused approach.
Complete inventory control functions including receiving and daily reconciliation reports.
Maintain perpetual inventory report and complete regular stock checks.
Complete large amounts of data entry, with seated work, and significant use of a computerized workstation.
Support and follow Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
Back up duties to the Agro Operations Operator.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Agro and Customer Service:
You have your high school diploma or equivalent experience; customer service and previous file maintenance experience would be considered assets.
You are well organized and capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision.
You have strong data entry skills and extensive computer experience with Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
You have excellent interpersonal skills; attention to detail, versatility, creativity, and flexibility are required.
You are honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You must be able to fulfill physical job requirements – manual labour is required while assisting on sales floor and performing inventory counts.
You have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment.
You have a flexible work schedule including weekend rotation and holidays.
