Agriculture Field Officer

The desired candidate should be able to perform the following tasks:

Connect with Farmer Collectives (FPO/FPC/SHGs/FIGs/JLGs etc) for registration with the companyConnect the farmers of these Farmer Collectives (FPO/FPC/SHGs/FIGs/JLGs etc) for registration in the Company’s Database.Have experience in Field Level Training to/for Farmer Collectives Members.Identify farmers/Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE) for providing financial services (Agricultural loan and Insurance)Visit field for Farm data collection and verification of Farmer Collectives (FPO/FPC/SHGs/FIGs/JLGs etc) and the farmers.Written and verbal language proficiency in English, Hindi, Assamese and other regional languages of Northeast India.Willing to travel across Northeast India.Willing to relocate to Guwahati and other cities/towns across Northeast India.

Desired Qualification:

Graduate (B.Sc. and B.Tech) and Postgraduate (M.Sc. and M.Tech) in Agriculture and allied disciplines, Veterinary.Upto 3 years of relevant experience. Fresher may also apply.Working Knowledge in Email and Web Browsing.Proficient in MS-Excel, MS-Word etc.

Selection Procedure:

Based on the Computer Test (MS-Office) and Interview.Only selected Candidates will be invited for the interview in Guwahati.
