Job Description
• Building a pipeline with Business sales and development strategies, leadership management, interaction with clients for business and contract administration.
• Direct the analysis of sales and business development on a monthly basis.
• Revenue management which involve client interaction and their advisors to assess strategies based on objectives, risk assessment and identifying opportunities.
• Formulate strategic & long-term business plans and reporting on factors influencing business performance.
• Creating relationships with high and CXO level client.
• Utilize result driven approach and service improvement-centred mind-set to drive positive change in the organizational and delivery culture.
• Apply and execute account strategy by collaborating with account teams to deliver stronger and more relevant value propositions.
• Work towards the development and sustenance of B2B relationships.
• Develop, measure, and report on key metrics around the business including client acquisition, conversion rates, engagement rates, satisfaction, renewal rates and refine go to market activities as require.
• Manage customer centric operations with ensured client satisfaction by achieving delivery, service quality norms and provide value added services to clients.
• Handle a team of Business Development Managers to generate constant revenue for the organisation.
Qualifications:
• Masters Degree, preferably in Marketing Administration
• 10-20 years of Business Development and Sales experience in International Market.
