Job Description
DGM - Contracts
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Lead and oversee the contracts team, ensuring all contract-related activities are executed with precision and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
2. Develop, review, and negotiate contract terms and conditions for all real estate projects, ensuring clarity and minimizing risk.
3. Provide strategic direction for formulating new contract documents, aligning them with the company's policies, project requirements, and industry best practices.
4. Ensure all contracts (MEP, Civil, etc.) are comprehensive, legally sound, and consistent with project objectives.
5. Take ownership of the contract negotiation process, working closely with stakeholders, legal teams, and vendors to finalize agreements.
6. Manage contract disputes and claims, coordinating with legal teams and project managers to resolve issues effectively.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Develop and implement best practices for contract management to improve efficiency and mitigate legal risks.
8. Manage and mentor a team of contract professionals, providing leadership, training, and guidance to enhance team performance and professional growth.
9. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, legal advisors, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, legal developments, and changes in regulations to ensure the company remains compliant and competitive.
Years of Experience – 15 – 20 Years
Real Estate Experience – Must Have
Qualifications – BE- Civil
CTC – 25 LPA
Location –Khar West
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
