Description Of Job
• Co-ordination with Various Consultant, Architect, Contractors others agencies and users for freezing requirements.
• Development of vendors for various products from a quality aspect point of view.
• Identification of new product for building applications.
• Controlling of the Project cost for civil, furniture, MEP allied works.
• Overall Project coordination and management for timely completion within the budgeted cost.
• Verification and Certification of the Bills.
• To emphasis on adherence of safety norms during execution of project.
• Timely execution of the Project.
• Up gradation modification of existing facilities to meet users requirements.
• Tender Preparation of all utilities, engineering services, technical evaluation of all the vendor and appointment of agencies.
