Job Description
We are looking for an Agentic AI Backend Testing Engineer to test backend systems that support AI-driven and Agentic AI workflows. The role focuses on validating APIs, AI decision logic, system behaviour, and backend stability. high-quality AI systems.
Responsibilities:
• Test backend services supporting Agentic AI systems.
• Perform REST API testing using Rest Assured.
• Validate AI agent workflows, orchestration, and responses.
• Design and execute automation test cases.
• Ensure correctness of AI decisions, data flow, and error handling.
• Identify defects, edge cases, and performance issues.
• Analyse logs and debug backend failures.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
• Maintain test cases, reports, and documentation.
Requirements:
• 4-6 years of experience in Backend / Automation Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Rest Assured.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP methods.
• Experience testing AI / Agentic AI or ML-based systems.
• Knowledge of backend architecture and microservices.
• Debugging and log analysis skills.
• Basic SQL and data validation knowledge.
Good to Have:
• Exposure to LLMs or autonomous agents.
• Performance or load testing experience.
• CI/CD pipeline understanding.
• Experience with cloud environments.
