Responsible for providing Reservations, Ticketing and Inside Sales Support to the trade, customers and commercial sales team on behalf of the GSA Airlines.
Responsible for quoting/ticketing and managing Group/MICE business on behalf of the GSA Airlines.
Provide operational support to the sales team, which may include reporting, putting together point of sale material, assistance with events, coordinating presentations and compiling content for newsletters.
Update/maintain CRM airline database/portals.
Conduct comprehensive fare benchmarking analysis to evaluate pricing competitiveness in the market
Monitor validity of the fares and take necessary actions in consultation with the sales team.
Assist the management team where needed with commercial activities inclusive of, but not limited to,strategic planning, account development, performance analysis, initiative development and implementation, internal and external coordination.
Work collaboratively with wider commercial team to drive and achieve outcomes focused on revenue growth.
