Wakeling Automotive is made up of over 350 employees across 10 locations located in both the Macarthur region, the Southern Highlands and the Illawarra region. Wakeling Automotive has 16 new car franchises across Paul Wakeling Motor Group, Camden Valley Motors, Moss Vale Motor Group, Allan Mackay Autos, Wollongong City Motors, Shellharbour City Motors, Mercedes-Benz Wollongong and 8 used car locations. Overview of the Role
We are now looking for a career minded and goal orientated individual that wants to start their career or carry on their existing career as a Customer Care Consultant.
Reporting to the Customer Care Manager your day to day duties include but not limited to:
Promoting a range of aftercare products to new and existing customers
Providing outstanding customer service to enhance the buying experience for all customers
Work collaboratively with the cars sales team and F&I team
Liaison with technical colleagues to ensure vehicles in preparation have relevant products applied
Preparing warranties and necessary paperwork for customers
The Successful Applicant Must have:
2 years previous experience in this role
Customer Service experience – essential
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills including a high level of computer literacy and exposure to Microsoft Office
Have rights to work in Australia
A current Australian driver’s license
