Job Summary

At Inspire Me Learning Center, we serve infants through school-age children in a nurturing, structured, and fun learning environment. Our mission is to help every child grow socially, emotionally, physically, and academically in a safe, supportive setting.

We’re looking for a passionate and reliable teacher to lead our school-age classroom and help support other classrooms when needed.

Pay range is $10-$13 depending on experience, non-negotiable

Responsibilities include:

Providing a safe, engaging, and nurturing after-school environment
Planning and leading age-appropriate activities for children ages 6–12
Supporting younger classrooms during staff breaks (ages 6 weeks–5 years)
Building positive relationships with students, families, and team members
Maintaining structure and promoting positive behavior
Communicating with families about student needs and progress
Qualifications:
✔ At least 18 years old
✔ High school diploma or GED
✔ 1+ year of experience in a licensed childcare center (required)
✔ CPR/First Aid certified
✔ Able to pass a background check
✔ Comfortable floating between age groups and working with children of all ages
✔ Bonus: Ability to drive center van/bus is a plus (not required)
