we are looking after sale service engineer for our MNC client.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an After Sale Service Engineer experienced 4 to 5 years & located in Mumbai, with flexibility for some remote work. The After Sale Service Engineer will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate technical support for our products. They will manage customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with product installations and setup. The engineer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions and work closely with the sales team to ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
• Experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with technical support software
• Ability to work independently and function effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
• Experience working in a hardware-based technology company is a plus
