About the Role
Step into a leadership role guiding after hours nursing teams across CALHN. You will manage patient care, support staff, and maintain safe, high-quality environments while driving continuous improvement and collaboration across the hospital.
Duties
Lead nursing team to deliver safe, high-quality care
Coordinate after hours patient care and resources
Support and mentor less experienced nurses
Maintain effective internal and external relationships
Drive initiatives to improve ward performance and safety
