Hiring: AEM Developer
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 8 15 Years
We are looking for an experienced AEM Developer with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Advanced Java, and REST API integration to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable digital experience solutions while integrating AEM with enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain solutions on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5 / AEM Cloud Service).
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between AEM and external systems.
Implement and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
Ensure adherence to AEM best practices, including OSGi, Sling Models, JCR, Dispatcher, and Content Fragment Models.
Collaborate with architects, UX/UI teams, backend developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and production support activities.
Stay current with emerging AEM and Java technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
Required Skills
8+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Hands-on experience with AEM 6.5 and/or AEM as a Cloud Service.
Strong Proficiency In Advanced Java/J2EE Concepts, Including
• Multi-threading
• Collections Framework
• Exception Handling
• Design Patterns Experience with RESTful API design, development, integration, and security. Strong knowledge of OSGi, Sling, JCR Repository, Dispatcher, and AEM Architecture. Experience with Maven, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD practices. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AEM Cloud Service implementations.
Knowledge of cloud platforms and enterprise integration patterns.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
