Job Overview

The People Consultant (formerly HR Business Partner) serves as a strategic and operational partner to designated business areas. This role provides expert consultation on People policies, organizational design, talent development, and associate relations. The People Consultant will coach leaders, mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and drive initiatives that support the Company’s position as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise leaders on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, coaching, policy interpretation, and disciplinary actions.
• Assess workforce, business, and organizational trends and translate insights into workforce strategies, organizational plans, and leadership actions to support current and future business needs
