Handling inbound calls & resolving customer queriesEnsuring customer satisfaction & maintaining client relations5 days work 2 rotational offs weekly US/UK/AUS rotational night shifts (work from office)
Centralized pick up at day & home drop cab facility at night will be provided by the company
