Advertising Specialist/Real Estate Assistant Duties

This position would be a split position. Most of the individual's time would be creating brochures, writing and placing print ads as well as maintaining our social media and websites. Part of the time would be assisting individual salespersons with contracts.

Advertising Specialist

- Create Brochures

- Mailing List/ Mail Out Brochures

- Send out “NEW LISTING” email to constant contact list

- Manage Constant Contact List

- Prepare Presentation (PowerPoint)

Print Advertising

- Design/Review Ads

- Send/Confirm Ads

- Keep a list of all ads current & past

- Keep a list of all ads running by property

- Review All Ad Invoices (NP, KY & HAS) & Approve payment

Digital Advertising - Websites & Other Media

- Agri Affiliates (Website)

- Land Watch (Website)

- Lands of America (Website)

- Facebook

- Constant Contact blasts

- Global Auction (Auctions Only)

- Agri Affiliates Bid Wrangler Platform (Auctions Only)

- You Tube – loading property videos

Real Estate

- Work directly with salespersons on projects.

- Type Listing & Purchase Agreements

- Create Market Proposals based on templates

- Email Correspondence (on behalf of salespersons)

- Send out Adobe sign contracts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
