AI Solutions Engineer Manager

Our Machine Learning India team specializes in leveraging AI's language capabilities for innovative products and solutions. We're looking for a highly skilled AI Solutions Engineer Manager to lead our team and scale up these capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10+ years of experience in software engineering and 2+ years of engineering management experience. They will be comfortable managing engineers working across ML and backend technologies and have designed, built, and scaled production ML applications.
As an AI Solutions Engineer Manager, you will be responsible for planning and implementing the multi-year strategy for Machine Learning Language team with technical leadership on your team. You will also coach your direct reports to have a positive impact on the organization and chart a fulfilling career path.
You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and senior leadership to turn our vision into a tangible roadmap every quarter. You will also collaborate with our talent organization to source and hire amazing engineers who will expand our culture and product.
What we look for in you:
• At least 10+ years of experience in software engineering
• At least 2+ years of engineering management experience
• Comfortable managing engineers working across ML and backend technologies
• Designed, built, and scaled production ML applications
