summary One Web is one of the three large pieces of the company’s omnipresence strategy and the most important.
It is an integrated platform offering a portfolio of products covering payments, cards, wallets, loans, deposits, mutual funds, and loans on lifestyle products ranging from consumer durables to home furnishing.
One Web platform will integrate our home-grown ecommerce store, insurance marketplace, investment marketplace, payments engine including BBPS and offer a consumer-tech experience to our customers.
It will be a dynamic digital platform which will be hyper-personalized for each customer and provide the right nudges across multiple channels to start, resume or finish the journey.
The One Web Analytics & Personalization Lead will part of the One web delivery of one of the largest personalization implementation projects in its history, closely working with multiple project stakeholders - Business Heads, Web technology, IT and Compliance to ensure a successful and on-
time delivery of personalization rule engine to support the One Web Platform Delivery. This Lead will build complete solution along with key technologies like AWS/Azure, Analytics (Google Analytics /Adobe Analytics), ETL, Power BI, Google Data studio, Big Query, SQL & No SQL data bases, Google Optimize, Adobe Target, Adobe Marketo, Optimizely.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for helping to deliver and improve the end customer experience across client’s digital channels, leveraging Adobe Target Platform
Implement & enhance Adobe Target Premium and Adobe Launch with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target Recommendations, Automated Personalization, Adobe I/O and API Development
Architect, configure, administer, and operate Adobe Target to build Multi-channel campaigns
Adobe Analytics and Target certified developer
Must have Adobe Analytics implementation experience on at least 2-4 Projects (Development), and have worked on any tag management system
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Website Analytics, Social Analytics, Dashboard Management, or business-related fields.
Partner strategically with product management and analytics teams to support A/B testing and web personalization strategy
Good understanding / exposure to cross product integration (i.e. Target – AAM, Target - Analytics etc.)
Proficient in Tag Management Solutions preferably Adobe Launch.
