Job Role:
1. Meet prospective parents, handle all their queries related to the Centre and convert them to admission for the Centre.
2. Tour of potential and interested parents
3. Organize local promotion activities e.g. print and distribution of promotional material, advertisement in local newspaper/media etc.
4. Generating new admissions by preparing marketing strategies & implementing them in coordination with the Academic Head and planning marketing strategies terms of advertising plan, event planning & publicizing in coordination with Centre Head.
5. Follow up for all withdrawals/drop outs & try to gain knowledge about the reason behind it & ensure revival.
6. Assist Centre head in maintaining staff schedule.
7. Handling Parents & Coordinating with Centre Head & Teachers.
8. Fees collection and maintaining reports.
+. Receive, sort and distribute daily mails and deliveries.
10. Ordering of supplies and inventory of stock.
11. Manage pupil information and database.
12. Maintain official files as per the respective requirements of Ministries and other government bodies.
Educational and Training Requirements
Graduate from commerceMinimum 2 years of prior work experience in education industry as CounselorComputer skills – MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Soft Skills
Strong Selling skillsExcellent and fluent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrates creativity and out of box thinking

Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
