Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an Admission Counsellor at Mumbai Music Institute. Admission Counsellors at MMI work closely with students and guide them through the admission process. They are responsible for answering students' queries and providing relevant information about courses. They also address parents' queries and coordinate with the admissions department to ensure the admission process runs smoothly.

Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree in any field
• Having 2 to 6 years of Experience in Counselling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Good knowledge of the admissions process
• Ability to understand the needs and concerns of applicants and their parents
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English and Hindi, proficiency in other regional languages will be an added advantage
• Previous experience in admissions or counseling is a plus
