We are looking for an experienced Hospital Administrator / HR Executive. Responsibilities: • Manage recruitment, hiring, and employee onboarding • Handle hospital administration and daily operations • Maintain attendance, staff records, and documentation • Prepare salary sheets and payroll records • Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and departments • Manage front office and reception activities when required • Generate reports using MS Excel and Hospital Management Software (HMS) • Ensure smooth administrative and HR operations Requirements: • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Hospital Administration • Prior experience in Reception and Front Office Management • Strong knowledge of Recruitment and Hiring Process • Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, Email) • Must know salary sheet preparation and payroll management • Experience working on Hospital Management Software (HMS) • Good communication and staff management skills Preferred Candidate: • Hospital Admin experience is mandatory • Able to handle HR, Administration, and Reception responsibilities independently
