About the Role
This position exists to provide an effective and efficient administration to Community Mental Health and Addictions services. This includes supporting reception cover and providing administration duties to the Teams and other Te Ara Maioha areas if required. This role works also to provide administration support for new initiatives to improve service delivery.

You will be part of Te Ara Maioha at Te Whatu Ora Tairawhiti in Gisborne, working closely with supportive colleagues across the team to strengthen connected, culturally safe care for our Community.

About you
Proven administrative and reception experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
A high level of time management and personal work organisation skills
Be able to prioritise effectively with a fluctuating workload
Work effectively in a team within a flexible working environment
An understanding of the importance of confidentiality
Proven ability utilising particular IT systems ie: iPMS, rCP, FPIMS
