About The Role
We are seeking an Administrator to join our Thiess Western Region Maintenance hub located in Hazelmere, working a Monday to Friday roster. The Maintenance Hub is designed to support repairs and refurbish a variety of Mining Equipment and Components within Thiess and subsidiary internal Asset refurbishment requirements as well as external key Tier 1 mining customers. This role is on a 2 year fixed term contract.
Additionally, you will:
Coordinate and deliver efficient and effective administration planning and support
Maintain and update asset master data to ensure accuracy and compliance
Administer asset transactions, including capitalisation, transfers, PPSR registrations, and disposals
Manage procurement activities related to assets and leases, including Procure-to-Pay administration
Set up and maintain lease master records
Process rebates and support Business Unit Procure-to-Pay activities
Review and process expense claims, Business Unit credit card expenses, and asset-related expenses
Maintain correspondence notes, filing systems and process invoices and procure employees in compliance with company requirements
About You
2 years experience in a similar position (experience in a maintenance workshop desirable)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with JDE advantageous
Well-developed written and oral communication, negotiating and influencing skills
Exceptional planning and organisational skills with high attention to detail
