Business Administration Traineeship (Full Time)

We are offering a full-time Business Administration Traineeship, where you will learn on the job as our receptionist in a supportive, family-run workplace. You’ll be surrounded by friendly, welcoming staff who are committed to helping you succeed.
What you’ll be learning:
As part of your traineeship, you will complete a Certificate III in Business while gaining real workplace experience, including:
Answering and directing incoming calls and emails
Greeting customers and providing front-of-house support
Creating and entering supplier invoices
Assisting with payments and general office administration
Developing strong communication and organisational skills
This role would suit someone who:
Is reliable and keen to learn
Enjoys working with people
Has good communication skills
Has good numeracy skills
Is comfortable using computers
Ideal for:
Year 12 graduates
School leavers
Anyone looking to start a career in business administration
No previous experience required — full training provided.
Position details:
Full time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm)
